Do I win against my boss?

I quit before my 2 years contract ended and it doesn't have a penalty. I have medical issues that I need to fly back to Viet Nam to get treatment there because I don't have finances to get treatment in the USA and my insurance doesn't cover it. My boss wants to sue me because I left early
