Mr. Arefin Khan is a third-generation lawyer and a key member of Stellar Chambers. Before joining the firm, he trained at two of Bangladesh’s top litigation chambers, working closely with leading practitioners. He has participated in landmark writ petitions that contributed to significant legal reforms and has built strong experience in high-value international arbitration. Arefin also advises local and international clients on corporate, regulatory, and company law matters.

Represented MGI Media AG (Switzerland) in arbitration matters against BTCL involving multimillion-dollar telecom disputes.
Advised multinational and major local clients, including Aman Group, BAT, Concord, Diners Club, GBB, and Britannia Group on regulatory and compliance issues.
Advised Globe Pharmaceuticals on establishing Bangladesh’s first biotechnology company, including drafting R&D agreements with IP and confidentiality protections.
