It was February 2000 when Flori Zambrano, founder of Z&A, and five of her former classmates from law school, decided to open the firm in an office on the third floor of Edificio Multicomercio, a strategically located building in downtown Portoviejo, half a block from the Manabí Court House.
Family, civil and labor laws were part of our practice for many years. Corporation, real estate and immigration laws were very soon added to our portfolio of services and became our main areas of practice.
