It was February 2000 when Flori Zambrano, founder of Z&A, and five of her former classmates from law school, decided to open the firm in an office on the third floor of Edificio Multicomercio, a strategically located building in downtown Portoviejo, half a block from the Manabí Court House.

Corporation, real estate and immigration laws were very soon added to our portfolio of services and became our main areas of practice.
