I want to be free with my husband and we have two kids I was already diagnosed with recurrent depressive disorder and we on the part that we're already irreconcilable. How am I going to be free? or what is the fastest way to have an annulment?

There is no fast lane in severing a marital bond in the Philippines considering that we still do not have divorce in our country. The only way to sever your marital bond is to file for a declaration of nullity of marriage or annulment in court depending on the circumstances of your marriage.
