Criminal law for offenses

Criminal law is one of the branches of law. It determines the behaviors contrary to the law - the “offences” - and determines the penal sanctions which are applicable to them. Criminal law differs from civil law: criminal law concerns the relationship between the individual and society as a whole.

If the Criminal Law puts in place a repression described as vertical, the Society imposing the respect of the norm and sanctioning its non-respect, the Civil Law organizes a horizontal relationship, it repairs the damage caused by one person to another. .

Civil law experts

Civil law refers   to  private law  and concerns everything that governs the  rights  of persons, unlike  criminal law in particular  . This is how we speak of “ the common law  of a nation, because it is a  law  applicable to all citizens”.

It includes, in particular, the  right  to respect for private life and family life, respect for the home and respect for one's correspondence, the right  to  one's image, the  right  to liberty and security, the  right  to to come and go, the  right  to freedom of thought , conscience and religion , the  right  to freedom of expression

Commercial law can   be defined as a branch of  private law  relating to legal transactions carried out by traders, either among themselves or with their customers. Operations relating to the exercise of  trade  are themselves qualified as acts of  trade.

The  recovery procedure is  a process carried out by a company wishing  that one of its debtors fulfills the debt contracted with it. A simple follow-up from the company is generally enough to win the case and collect the amounts due.

Family law

Family law is a branch of civil law that governs and organizes the legal relationships between different members of the same family. Family law essentially defines two types of family ties: alliance ties (couples) and kinship ties (ascendants and descendants).

Because family law is the practice of law that concerns relationships and children, it can be one of the most emotional areas of law. Family law lawyers get involved in very personal aspects of their clients' lives.
