At present, the strength of our firm includes thirteen (13) qualified practicing solicitors and about sixty (60) supporting staff, making a total of over seventy (70) members.

Our conveyancing team, which is headed by Mr. LAU Wai-kwong Joseph, consists of a workforce of about thirty (30) members. The team is manned by staff with solid working experience in the sale, purchase, leasing and financing of commercial, residential and industrial real properties.

The combined experience and expertise of our team enable the firm to advise clients on commercial and residential sales and purchases, bank mortgages, home ownership and private sector participation scheme mortgages, landlord and tenant agreements, property litigation and enforcement of securities.

Our litigation department comprises over thirty (30) members, is organized to meet clients’ needs by reference to personal injury cases, employment compensation claims, mortgagee actions, criminal and matrimonial matters.

Both our partners, Mr. Lau Wai-kwong Joseph and Mr. Lau Cho-keung Joe are China-Appointed Attesting Officers appointed by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China.
