The firm was first established in Hong Kong on 17 November 1997 and Mr. LAU Wai-kwong Joseph is one of the founding partners. The firm now carries on business at the 7/F, Guangdong Investment Tower, No.148 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong. The office has a gross floor area of about 7,700 square feet.
Our partners, LAU Wai Kwong Joseph and LAU Cho Keung Joe, and consultants, CHUNG Wing Yin Patrick, LO Kin Kei and CHAN Wing Chau, and assistant solicitors, CHENG Man Sum, LI Ching Wing, CHEUNG Hoi Man and CHEUNG Po Yee are all appointed Legal Aid Practitioners of the Legal Aid Department of Hong Kong.

At present, the strength of our firm includes thirteen (13) qualified practicing solicitors and about sixty (60) supporting staff, making a total of over seventy (70) members.
Our conveyancing team, which is headed by Mr. LAU Wai-kwong Joseph, consists of a workforce of about thirty (30) members. The team is manned by staff with solid working experience in the sale, purchase, leasing and financing of commercial, residential and industrial real properties.
The combined experience and expertise of our team enable the firm to advise clients on commercial and residential sales and purchases, bank mortgages, home ownership and private sector participation scheme mortgages, landlord and tenant agreements, property litigation and enforcement of securities.
Our litigation department comprises over thirty (30) members, is organized to meet clients’ needs by reference to personal injury cases, employment compensation claims, mortgagee actions, criminal and matrimonial matters.
