My mother asked me to build a 4 bedroomed house and some one rooms in exchange of a 3hacters piece at the farm I did exactly that after I have completed building she sold the whole 16 hacters farm now he wants to chase me from her yard so I need to know which legal route can I take for me to claim all my expenses.i want to be paid all the costs I have incurred in her yard or claim the 3hacters.
