Please let me know whether or not there are any children from the marriage. Assuming that you were married under the General Marriages Ordinance, there are very limited grounds of divorce in Sri Lanka; (it is a fault based regime). Even if the Sri Lankan will not contest, your evidence would have to be led. If the Court allows, it may be possible for your evidence to be led by Zoom/Teams.
