Alexander Shishkin

My name is Alexander Shishkin, I am a lawyer. Every day people come to me with questions about criminal law, with the need to protect their interests in court or during investigation, with a request for access to fair justice, with the need to urgently go for questioning or detention, with the need to prepare a complaint or petition. Each problem has something interesting: some unexpected move, an elegant solution, or an observation from criminal practice. I record all interesting moves and decisions and actively use them to protect your interests throughout my twenty years of active practice in criminal cases (drug cases, theft, causing death, fraud, sexual assault, negligent homicide, personal injury in an accident, robbery etc.).
