Fawwaz W. Tuqan, holding high degrees in Law besides practical expertise as follows: -

 Licentiate in Law from Alexandria University, Egypt in 1981. A Licensed Advocate since 1984. Member at the Jordanian Bar Association since 1981. Member of the Arab Lawyers Union since 1984. Holding a master’s degree in International Corporate Law 1988, a Ph.D. in International Commercial Law 2004 from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) California – the United States of America.Certified Arab IP Expert from WIPO – United Nations in 2007.A member of Southern California Translators Association – United States of America since 2003. Licensed Mediator New York State, the United States of America 2003.
