Law office "MURATI" was founded by Besmir Murati. Lawyer (Lawyer Ulcinj)Besmir Muratihe graduated from the law faculty of the University of Montenegro in Podgorica as well as specialized studies in the field of criminal law in 2011 and passed the bar exam in 2014.

He decided to practice law after almost 10 years of working in court, in order to continue the family tradition of practicing law and legal affairs in general, all while keeping in mind the long-standing family tradition of practicing law in his family for over 40 years. He speaks Montenegrin, Albanian, English and German fluently. The founder of the office during his work, after the completion of the škovlonj, constantly tried to be up to date with legal newspapers, both domestic and foreign, and therefore attended various seminars and trainings.
