We also handled international surrogacy case of an Argentinian parents  done in Ukraine  with birth in Argentina in 2022. In terms of international child abduction cases, we have recovered a child from mainland China, and  we returned dozens of children to their countries of habitual residence. We carry out the first international adoptions of Argentinian families abroad and recognition of foreign adoption decisions. Our testimonies as an expert witness helped  the courts to make clear legal situation in Argentina, especially in the United States, Canada, France and Great Britain.
