Work location: Erbil

Gender: Male/Female

Minim Experience: 1 year

Membership of: Kurdistan bar association

Degree; College of Law

Purpose/objective of the position:

The Lawyer is responsible for providing legal information, counseling, and assistance to the law firm clients based on the requested work and legal services such as lawsuit cases, work primate, residency, visa, renewing companies and organizations papers, and Trademark registration.

Education and professional experience:

• Advanced university degree in law;
• Minimum one year of relevant professional experience as a lawyer;
• Previous working experience with companies & organizations;
• Excellent knowledge of the Iraqi legal system and legal procedures in KRI and Federal Iraq;

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good reporting skills
• Ability to show empathy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English and Turkish in addition to Kurdish (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• The Arabic language is a plus
