We are looking for you as a smart Lawyer having a special interest in Business Law such as Company Formation, drafting contracts, BOI Promotion, Foreign Business Act and related fields. If your English is impressing and your personality trustworthy and open, you should not miss the chance to talk to our Managing Partners about your future. 

You will cooperate closely with our Management Consulting team at SANET ASEAN ADVISORS.

These are your main duties:

• Handle Company Establishment, DBD, FBL and BOI matters
• Co-ordinate and handle legal cases
• Join and/or conduct negotiations with international clients and Thai authorities
• Draft and review legal contracts, applications and shareholder decisions

These are the skills you should bring with you:

• Very good English skills are essential
• Holding a Thai Lawyer License
• Some semesters of studies abroad are of advantage
• Two years of experience in a law firm or as legal officer in a company
• Proactive personality; polite and excellent manners

Very good organization skills
