Based on the information provided, it appears that your wife's actions may constitute a breach of the agreement you both signed prior to your traditional wedding. However, nullifying her court wedding would require legal intervention.

In Nigeria, marriages can only be dissolved through legal processes, either through customary or statutory methods. If your wife has remarried through a court wedding while still being legally married to you, it may indeed be possible to challenge the validity of her subsequent marriage.

It's important to act swiftly and efficiently to protect your legal rights and interests. Please consider scheduling a consultation with one of our attorneys at your earliest convenience to discuss your options and develop a strategy moving forward.
