Family law is one of the most sensitive and important areas of legal practice. As an advocate, my role is not only to represent my client before the court but also to protect their dignity, rights, and long-term interests.

In family disputes such as Khula, maintenance, guardianship, recovery of dower (Haq Mehr), child custody, and domestic violence, the approach must be both professional and compassionate. I believe that every case demands careful understanding of facts, respect for family values, and strict adherence to legal principles laid down in the Family Courts Act, 1964 and relevant Islamic and statutory laws.

My focus is always on securing just and early relief for my clients whether through negotiation, reconciliation, or litigation while ensuring the welfare of children and protection of women’s rights under Pakistani law.

Employment and labour law ensures justice, fairness, and protection for both employers and employees. As an advocate, my role is to uphold the principles of fair employment, lawful termination, and workplace rights under the Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance, 1968, the Factories Act, 1934, and other relevant labour statutes of Pakistan.

I represent clients in disputes relating to unlawful dismissal, recovery of salaries, service benefits, workplace harassment, social security, and EOBI matters. I also assist companies in drafting employment contracts and developing policies that comply with labour laws while maintaining a balanced relationship between management and workers.

In all cases, my approach remains practical and solution-oriented seeking early resolution through negotiation or mediation where possible, and strong representation before Labour Courts, Labour Appellate Tribunals, and departmental authorities when necessary.

Civil and human rights are the foundation of a just society, ensuring that every citizen enjoys equality, liberty, and protection under the law. As an advocate, I am committed to defending these rights through legal representation and constitutional remedies guaranteed by the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.

In civil matters, my practice includes property disputes, contractual enforcement, declarations, injunctions, and recovery suits, where I strive to secure fair relief for clients through lawful and evidence-based advocacy.

In human rights cases, I focus on issues involving illegal detention, violation of due process, denial of fundamental rights, and gender-based discrimination. I frequently rely on Article 199 of the Constitution to seek remedies from the Peshawar High Court for the protection of life, liberty, and dignity of individuals.

Criminal defense is a vital part of ensuring justice and upholding the principle that every person is innocent until proven guilty. As an advocate, my foremost duty in criminal matters is to protect the legal and constitutional rights of the accused while ensuring that due process is strictly followed at every stage of the proceedings.

My practice includes representation in bail applications, trials, appeals, revisions, and quashment of FIRs under the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC), Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.), and Control of Narcotic Substances Act (CNSA). I also handle matters under Section 22-A Cr.P.C., assisting clients in registration of cases and protection against misuse of law.

Each case demands a thorough understanding of facts, careful scrutiny of evidence, and strong argumentation in court. I believe that effective criminal defense is not about protecting wrongdoing, but about ensuring that justice is done in accordance with the law and that no individual suffers conviction without fair trial.
