Commercial & Civil Litigation

The Firm has handled high power litigation and arbitration including having acted for a listed group in China in an arbitration at the London Metals Exchange against a United States company claiming for USD 2 billion.

We have been appointed the legal advisor of 2 associations of employment agencies. We have issued newsletters on the employment and immigration laws concerning employment of foreign domestic helpers from time to time.
