Beverley Zabow is a co‑founding partner at BL&Z Law Offices & Notaries in Netanya, Israel, specializing in hi‑tech commercial and IP law, data privacy (CIPP/E qualified), M&A, and cross‑border transactions. With extensive experience advising both Israeli and international tech companies—from seed stage to maturity—she regularly handles software, cyber, digital printing, open‑source, mobile apps, e‑commerce, biotech, and medical device matters (eiger.law). Beverley is also active in GDPR and Israeli privacy compliance, frequently speaking on digital policy and AI privacy frameworks (ht-ip-law.com).

Adi Barkan‑Lev is Co‑Founder and Partner at BL&Z Law Offices & Notaries in Netanya, Israel, and a seasoned attorney specializing in intellectual property, internet and computer law, and commercial matters. Adi has been a member of the Israeli Bar since 2000, and is a qualified panelist with ISOC‑IL’s IRP dispute resolution center (computer-law.co.il). She represents clients before Israeli courts, the Patent Office, and Customs authorities on a wide range of IP issues—including copyrights, trademarks, designs, patents, counterfeits, and licensing (ht-ip-law.com). Adi also serves as Vice‑Chair of the Israeli Bar’s Central District IP Committee and regularly lectures and publishes on IP and tech law topics.
Michal Zabow-Vilozni is a partner at BL&Z Law Offices, specializing in corporate, commercial, and technology law. She advises Israeli and international clients—primarily in the hi-tech sector—on day-to-day legal matters, commercial agreements, M&A transactions, and employment issues. Michal brings a practical, business-oriented approach to legal strategy, with particular expertise in freelancer engagements, IP assignments, and cross-border compliance. She began her legal career at Tadmor & Co. and holds an LL.B. (cum laude) from Bar-Ilan University. Admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2016, Michal is known for her responsive, detail-focused service and ability to translate legal complexity into clear business guidance.
