The First Instance Court of Trikala has dismissed a case against the “NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA”, which concerns an order of payment!
Our law office has immediately appealed the decision in front of the Appeal Court and has requested the suspension of the trial, in order to examine the compatibility of a national law with the European Law in front of the Court of the European Union! We are also going to lodge a petition towards the European Commission against Greece, in order a probable constant breach of the European Law to be investigated

The Supreme Court of Greece has violated article 6 of the European Convention of Human Rights, because of dismissal of a petition of postponement of the trial, due to the lawyer's illness! Consequently, our client has deprived her legal right in judicial protection and couldn't defend her own interests!
Our office shall lodge a petition in front of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg against the Hellenic Republic to claim compensation and repeat the trial at the Supreme Court of Greece
