Fabian is an attorney specialized in businesses, real estate and entrepreneurship. His work experience began in the year 2000. He has a Law Degree (Licentiate) from the University of Costa Rica, Rodrigo Facio campus, as well as Master's Degree (LL.M.) with emphasis in Business Law from the University of Georgia, U.S.A. He is incorporated to the Costa Rica Bar. He was Legal Counsel Central America for British American Tobacco Caribbean & Central America for three years. Previous to that he was legal counsel in ANS Abogacía, Negocios y Servicios, where he reviewed legal issues of Peninsula Papagayo, and also worked for many years in what was Odio y Raven Law Firm, one of Costa Rica's most important firms at the time. He has ample experience as a corporate lawyer for companies in Central America, both local and regional. Among his areas of expertise are contracts, risk assessments, structure definition for businesses and projects, Competition and Consumer issues, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and insurance. He has a strong technological background and he applies it to his work. He also has proved skills in managerial coordination and guidance of external counsel teams regarding litigation, contracts management, employment relations, and all corporate issues. He is a spanish native speaker, and also speaks english and french.
