§ Born on the 9th of June 1977 in Beirut Lebanon
§ Holds a bachelor degree in law from the Lebanese University (2001), a Certificate in Business Management from Notre Dame University with distinction (2007), a Proficiency Certificate in Intellectual Property Assets Management from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) - Geneva (2013) and a Certificate in judicial mediation and international arbitration from (ICDR - SCMIA)( 2019).
§ Senior Legal Advisor and a legal Affairs Manager for Local and multinational companies in Lebanon, Egypt, KSA, Mena, and others.
§ Member of the supreme commission of Mediation and International arbitration (Lebanon).
§ Member of the international center for dispute resolution (London).
§ Selected by Legal 500 among the GC Power list for Middle east 2018.
§ Participated in many Seminars, Conferences, and workshops in Lebanon and abroad.
§ Large experience for more than 15 years in the Legal field especially in the corporate Commercial, Intellectual Property, labor laws, and Others.
§ Specialized in Debts collection, Divorce, Mediation, drafting Contracts, and organizing training and seminars.
§ Has many writings and Publications in Law, literature, politics, and poetry.
§ Hosted and Participated in several TV programs and Conferences, notably those concerning the role of women and their rights in the Lebanese applicable laws.
