He Hold a Bachelor Degree in Law and Political science from the University of Dschang (Cameroon), a Post Graduate Diploma in legal practice of the Institute of Legal Practice and Development. He was trained in International Litigation at the Cameroon Institute of International Relations (IRIC),
Hardworking lawyer with over ten years of experience, including four as an Advocate, he had the opportunity to work in various areas of law, conduct thorough research on legislative frameworks, and provide expert legal advice on complex issues. Adept to develop effective advocacy strategies, engage with stakeholders, and facilitate critical discussions in conflict or post-conflict contexts. He wrote and published numerous legal articles on various issues both in English and French.
He is the Managing Partner and one of the founding partners of Legal Link Chambers and he will be in charge of the overall supervision of the ass. He holds an LLB of NUR (National University of Rwanda), a Post Graduate Diploma in legal practice of the Institute of Legal Practice and Development, and a Master in Taxation. Certified Mediator from the Edwards Mediation Academy, he speaks and writes fluently English, French, Kinyarwanda and Swahili.
He has a vast experience of more than 20 years in the legal field, with over 10 as advocate. He worked in Legal department of MINADEF, served as judge in War Council and then Military Tribunal, he worked also in UNAMID as criminal investigation officer. Since he joined the Rwanda Bar Association, he has handled many cases through litigation especially in commercial law, tax and banking area.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the NUR (National University of Rwanda) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.
Familiar with courtrooms, she has successfully handled and pleaded numerous cases in civil, commercial, social and criminal matters during her five years of experience as an advocate.
She acted as member of different legal commissions of FERWAFA (Rwanda Football Federation) since 2018.
In addition to her legal practice, Adv. Barahira Mukazana Fidela is actively involved in community initiatives. She represented Legal Link Chambers Ltd in a partnership with ARDHO (Association Rwandaise pour la Défense des Droits de l’Homme) to provide legal assistance to minor and vulnerable peoples.
Moreover, she was a candidate in the 2018 parliamentary elections under the banner of the Rwandan Liberal Party.
Self-motivated and Courageous with a great determination to learn more. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Kigali Independent University (ULK) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.
Having joined the firm since its creation in 2015 as a secretary, he simultaneously pursued his studies obtaining his law degree in 2022 and his Diploma in Legal Practice in 2024.
