We are an extension of your team

Founded in 2010, Logan & Partners is a law firm focusing on Technology Law that delivers legal services like your in-house counsel.
Our team consists of experienced Technology Lawyers, who have all previously worked for highly reputable law firms and possess strong in-house experience, gained by working with local and international companies in Switzerland, the UK and the USA.

How we work?

For law departments, we work as a seamless extension of your legal team, be it for a project, for an area of business or on secondment.

Given our in-house experience, we are able to take your projects and drive them to completion coordinating with various business functions as necessary. We can handle time-demanding projects freeing your in-house lawyers that can continue their broad support of other matters.

For small, medium or growing companies without an in-house law department, we act as your in-house counsel. Through dedicated services, we can support you on a project-by-project basis or as a member of your team helping you to identify and manage specific legal issues that impact your business.
