Maître Rania Chawad

Rania Chawad is a lawyer since 2012. Her practice focuses on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, employment and real estate transactions.

Prior to launch her firm, Rania gained experience in main international law firms in Paris and Casablanca such as Naciri & Associés Allen & Overy, Baker McKenzie, and Gide Loyrette Nouel.

She regularly advises domestic and international clients (investors, industrial operators and private entities) in various legal fields, mainly in cross borders mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, employment and business law. She focus also on employment and commercial litigation.

Drawing from her experience in diverse business cultures, Rania Chawad has been involved in major transactions in Morocco and Africa and has advised large international companies in their investments in Morocco.
