What services do we offer?

We focus on specific business law disciplines. It is mainly M&A, company structuring, company law, contract law, competition law and company law on both Danish and international markets. In addition, active participation in board work and "hands on" efforts in strategic change processes.
It is a conscious choice that, for tasks that lie outside our core competences, we will either consult with our working relationships and coordinate the solution of the task or refer the task in whole or in part to them.

Who are our customers?

We have many customers whom we have served regularly for many years. We believe that good business must be based on seriousness, professionalism, mutual trust and long-term relationships. Our customers do not move in the gray areas of business and neither do we.
