Our group and our history
MepLaw is a law firm born from the union of accredited Italian partners on the international scene.
MepLaw's MISSION has always been to bring the world closer to the Made in Italy studio project.
And in fact, with the shared commitment of the partners, we are now branched out into 4 continents with 4 Italian offices, 1 in the United Kingdom, 1 in Turkey, 4 in Spain and one in the USA.
All offices are represented by a single structured legal reality.

1987 - The Origins of the Firm
The Maggesi Law Firm was born in Rome, founded by the lawyer Luigi Maggesi, an expert in civil law and specialized in sports law. The firm plays a primary role within the Capitoline landscape in labor and civil law matters.
2009 - Internationalization
The firm became Maggesi & Partners when the founder of the firm included his son, the lawyer Fabio Maggesi, specialized in web law and international law, as the first partner. From 2010 to 2014 the lawyer. Fabio Maggesi consolidates the web and new technologies law department and enters into collaboration agreements with professionals outside Italy.
2014 - Foreign Offices
From 2014 to 2017 the firm merged its interests with the Italo-Turkish firm represented by Avv. Lorenzo Macchi, and together with the new partner, specialized in international commercial law and maritime law, opens the overseas office in London. At the same time, the studio establishes its presence also in Izmir in Turkey.
2017 - Consolidation
The firm opens the second office in Rome and grows in size and number of collaborators, expanding the number of departments and thus becoming a "Full Services Law Firm".
2019 - Globalization
The firm is represented with the new acronym MEPLAW and through an articulated system of strategic alliances with foreign law firms it becomes present in many other countries of the world, including the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, Japan, the United States of America. In the same year, the first branch opens in New York
2020 - Expansion
The studio opens the Milan office as well as the new Roman office of Foro Traiano in the splendid setting of the imperial forums. With the entry as partner of Avv. Prof. Francesco Mazza, an academically recognized professional on the national scene, MEPLAW opens up to criminal law and corporate criminal law.
