Our field of activity since 2009 has been advising and protecting employers from fines from the Federal Migration Service / Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, suspension of activities and deprivation of SRO permits for violations of migration legislation.
Since 2012, we have been protecting foreign citizens from expulsion and deportation from Russia. We represent the interests of foreign citizens in disputes with the Federal Migration Service / Department of Internal Affairs, Rospotrebnadzor, PU of the FSB of Russia on issues of entry ban, non-entry permission and undesirability of stay.
Currently, the Migration Lawyer company is represented in St. Petersburg and Moscow.
Member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of St. Petersburg since 2013.
