Founder Kgwadi Frans Mphepya holds an LLB degree from the University of Limpopo, along with Commercial Law and Advanced Commercial Law certificates presented by the International Senior Lawyers Association in conjunction with the Black Lawyers Association. His extensive experience includes serving as a Professional Assistant at Legal Aid South Africa, where he gained proficiency in criminal and general civil law. He later specialized as a Labour Attorney, assisting dismissed indigent individuals against large corporations, including prominent mining companies. His tenure at Mabaso Attorneys further honed his skills in the labour and employment law sphere.

Beyond employment law, Mphepya Attorneys possesses significant expertise in property law, particularly within the Estate Agents Industry. Mr. Mphepya has prosecuted estate agents for non-compliance with various acts, including the Estate Agents Affairs Act, Financial Intelligence Centre Act, Consumer Protection Act, Rental Housing Act, and Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act.
