LITIGATION

MTR Rechtsanwälte represents numerous domestic and international clients before the German courts. This activity includes both the defense against unjustified claims and the judicial assertion of existing claims. It is also possible for us, due to close cooperation with numerous international law firms, to assert your possible claims abroad.

Before starting a process, we first carefully weigh up all the risks involved in conducting the process and, if in doubt, look for alternative solutions. A dispute in court is not always in the interest of the parties.
