Negotia

Negotia is a democratic, member driven labour organisation representing employees in the private sector and affiliated organisations. It operates independently of political parties and is aligned with YS, providing a collective voice and access to legal and advisory support through its network of experienced advisers and lawyers.

Its employment and labor law practice focuses on workplace rights under Norwegian law. Through its professional advisers and lawyers, Negotia interprets the rules that govern the modern workplace and provides guidance and representation in matters such as wages, working hours, overtime, holidays and pension rights, supported by tariff agreements and advocacy on behalf of members.
