The Working Environment Act on dismissal

For a dismissal of an employee to be valid, certain requirements in the Working Environment Act must be met. These requirements are regulated in Chapter 15 of the Working Environment Act. There is a requirement that a dismissal must be "factually justified" in either "the company's, the employer's or the employee's circumstances". Circumstances that fall outside these three conditions will, in other words, not constitute a valid dismissal. In addition to the dismissal having to be based on one of these three conditions, it must also be "factually justified". The more detailed content of this objective condition is difficult to define exactly.
