Through the "link", the law firm Fischer makes third-party content available for use, which is characterized by the fact that the corresponding author is named and a new browser window opens after activating the "link".
"Links" are always dynamic links. At the time of the first "linking", the law firm Fischer checked whether the "link" might result in a possible liability under civil or criminal law. Correspondingly "linked" content is not constantly checked by the Fischer law firm for changes that could give rise to new liability. If it is determined or there is an indication from others that a specific offer to which the law firm Fischer has provided a link triggers civil or criminal liability, the reference to this offer will be removed immediately.
