Sceales Lawyers is a Perth-based law firm established in 1994 by Robert Sceales.

We provide specialist legal advice in relation to all Commonwealth and Western Australian taxes, including income tax, fringe benefits tax, superannuation, transfer duty, landholder duty, goods and services tax, pay-roll tax, land tax, and international taxes.
Tax litigation services comprise a large part of our practice. We handle taxation objections, reviews and appeals in the Federal and High Courts, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the WA Supreme Court and the WA State Administrative Tribunal.
We have extensive experience in the making of voluntary disclosures of offshore assets and income.
We provide evidence as experts on tax issues in Family Court disputes.
Many of our clients rely upon us for all their general commercial needs. We advise in relation to all aspects of trusts law, corporate advisory and private commercial matters.
We prepare all kinds of commercial documentation, including company constitutions, trust deeds, superannuation fund deeds, corporate director minutes, shareholder agreements, asset or share purchase agreements, property leases, loan agreements, buy/sell agreements, and all conveyancing documentation. We are an ASIC registered agent.
We pride ourselves on our rapid turn-around of instructions. We provide same-day turn around service as a matter of course, for all trust or superannuation fund deed instructions and most other matters.
