Our team have engineered many landmark transactions with satisfied outcomes for the clients, in particular during the Tom Yum Kung financial crisis in 1997. We advise on and structure a wide variety of transactions, including tender and exchange offers, “amend and extend” amendments to financing documents, pre-packaged bankruptcies, debt exchanges and distressed financing, distressed and post-reorganization M&A, resuming trading in the stock exchange, and special situation and rescue financing.
