How can I extend my visa?
You can extend your stay in Sri Lanka by applying for a visa extension. An application for extension must be made before the expiry of your existing visa in order to avoid any penalties. The decision whether to grant an extension is at the sole discretion of the Department of Immigration and Emigration.
