DR. BÜNYAMIN TASKAPAN, LL.M. (VANDERBILT)
ATORNEY AT LAW AND PUBLIC NOTARY
Dr. Bünyamin Taskapan, LL.M. was born in 1982 in Feldkirch. He enrolled at the University of Innsbruck after graduating from the High School for competitive athletes in Dornbirn. He obtained his Diploma in Law (Mag. iur.), the J.D. equivalent, in 2006, his Diploma in Business Law (Mag. iur. rer. oec.), a combined program of the Business School and the Law School in 2009 and his Ph.D. (Dr. iur.) in 2011. Additionally, he obtained a master's degree (LL.M.) from the Vanderbilt Law School in the US whereby he focused on Corporate Law and Trust Law. He is admitted to the Liechtenstein bar and has also passed the Austrian Bar Exam and is therefore qualified to practice law in Austria as well. Dr. Taskapan is also a Notary Public in the Principality of Liechtenstein since 2021. Additionally, he is also a member of the board of the Liechtenstein Bar Association.
Dr. Taskapan has previously worked as a stagiaire in the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium, as a judical clerk at the Princely Court of Vaduz, Liechtenstein, as a research assistant at the Vanderbilt Law School in the US, as an associate for one of the top tier corporate law firms in Liechtenstein and as a private client advisor for high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWIs) in one of the oldest and largest trust companies in Liechtenstein.
Dr. Taskapan uses his legal and economical know-how and his professional experience to the benefit of his clients. He advises his clients in German,English and Turkish.
