She is also a certified notary (Notarial Service Attorney) by the Lawyers Council of Thailand. She is authorized to offer a full range of notary services. She earned her a Bachelor (Honor) of Law degree from Chiang Mai University Law School (2012). Since she has graduated, she has worked in the field of assisting international and local not-for-profits organzations and foundations.
She also has a speciality in providing advice on foundation and corporate registration, which includes being adept at dealing with different Thai government agencies such as the Ministry of Commerce, Department of Business Development (DBD) and the Revenue Department. Her broader experience includes assisting foundations with compliance, Wills and Estates/Probate, legal research, legal document translation, and bilingual law interpretation (Thai to English and vice versa).
Moreover, Ann is known for her client-centric approach. She is a reliable professional who ensures clients are consistently updated on the progress of their legal matters.
She also serves as the Thailand Country Manager for the Thailand not-for-profit foundation, BABSEACLE Foundation, which has included her role in providing legal advice and reviewing legal documents for the foundation.
