He is the best you can trust on Corporate & Commercial matters especially investment, debt restructuring, bankruptcy and commercial litigation to a wide spectrum of individuals and corporate clients, including creditors, debtors and investors, as well as government.
Now in order to expand his expertise, Mr. Waas also practicing in Maritime & Aviation Law.
Mr. Setiawan is a Partner in the Firm's, he joined the firm in early 2020 and shows a best performance in multiple cases especially in commercial litigation.
He accomplished an extraordinary achievement so he is able to become a Partner less then a year.
He has been practicing law since graduated from a Law School as an in-house lawyer at a multinational company. He used to deal with corporate action and typical company legal matters.
He built his career from one of a reputable Law Firm in Indonesia before joined Alexander Waas & Associates Law Firm and which is now transformed to be Waas Setiawan & Akbar LLP.
Mr. Akbar is a partner in the Firm’s. He represents leading global companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation.
He has been practicing law since graduated from a Law School as an in-house lawyer. He has represented some of national leading corporations, financial institutions and industry organizations.
He joined Alexander Waas & Associates Law Firm and which is now transformed to be Waas Setiawan & Akbar LLP since early 2020 and make a lot of differences in representing our clients to accomplished an extraordinary achievements.
Ms. Fennylia has been practicing business law since 2018 and already passed the Bar Exam from PERADI
Ms. Devina has been practicing law since 2017 and already passed the Bar Exam from PERADI
Mrs. Mayangsari has been practicing law for more than 5 years as an in-house counsel in one of leading development & housing company and join Waas Setiawan & Akbar LLP in 2020. She already passed the Bar Exam from PERADI
