I have been in a contract with an Indian company for about five months to purchase certain goods. The agreed delivery date has already passed, but the company has failed to deliver the goods and is no longer responding to my calls or messages. I have formally requested a refund, but they still refuse to reply. I would like legal assistance to recover my payment and take appropriate action against the company.
