Child custody documents format

We gave the interview for a USA immigration visa from the Islamabad embassy so the embassy wanted the court custody documents for my daughter so I applied for the petition for guardianship certificate in Sialkot family court. The court first issued a guardianship certificate and then after further proceeding the court granted permission for me can take my daughter to the USA or abroad but with the condition of a 5 lacs Rs surety bond and I also paid the surety. Now I have a file of a maximum of 20 pages of all the proceedings of the court including the two main orders most pages are in Urdu but the two necessary orders are in English now the question is are these two orders enough for submission to USA embassy or the whole file is necessary?
