German owner.

I'm a German citizen and got married to a Filipina in Germany, not in the Philippines. We bought a small piece of land in Luzon. Unfortunately, my wife got a German lover while we were married and then divorced me. Very, very bad. She moved to another country, but l don't know her whereabouts. l know that a foreigner can not own land in the Philippines. The sales contract also bears my name. What do l now do with that lot? (l want a Philippine attorney, not German)
