Me and my brother who has mild autism are having issues with our Dad and his new family. They keep on making changes with what our Mom left for us (last 2018 we lost 10M due to our Dad closing our joint bank accounts) and they keep on making up stories for us to look bad. I just want them to stop. My Mom passed away last September 2011 so they've been terrorizing us for how many years now. They took all the money that my Mom left for us so we couldn't even afford to hire a lawyer to help us with the problem. Please help us.

You and your brother should file a Complaint for Partition of your mom's estate in court so that the court can order what rightfully belong to you and your brother and your father can no longer deprive you of your rightful share of your mother's properties, otherwise, he will be charged with contemp of court.
