On the part of the tax authorities, the building was recognized as empty and a multi-year debt was accrued at an increased rate in a multiple of (x2, x5, x10) for land and property tax. On our part, all the documents were examined and a number of violations of the law by the tax authorities were found. The court canceled the conclusion of the tax authorities on debt collection and the company returned 2.2 billion (US $ 200,000).

An individual, by abusing the trust of the founders of the company, having promised to buy out a share of 40% for a large sum, became a member of the founders.
Using the name of the company, promising to build a multi-storey house on a land plot owned by the company, fraudulently seized the funds of more than 200 citizens.
The law firm, having studied this case, provided legal assistance to remove this person from the founders as having a negative impact on the company's image.
