On the part of the tax authorities, the building was recognized as empty and a multi-year debt was accrued at an increased rate in a multiple of (x2, x5, x10) for land and property tax. Using the name of the company, promising to build a multi-storey house on a land plot owned by the company, fraudulently seized the funds of more than 200 citizens.
