The length of entire proceedings in a Thai court is difficult to predict as it depends on the type of case and other mitigating factors; however, Thai courts have become more efficient at case management.

For example, labour disputes held in a specialist court are often resolved more quickly than other civil matters.

At the Courts of the First Instance, a solution can be expected in 12-18 months, and at the Courts of Appeal, it usually takes about the same length of time.
