We litigate in all types of commercial and contract disputes including breach of contracts, unfair competition, trade secrets, breach of warranty, partnership and joint venture controversies, real estate disputes, claims arising out of fraudulent and deceptive practices, and similar matters.
We provide quality representation for our clients in the regular courts of justice, the appellate courts, and the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
