For civil cases, our attorneys have successfully negotiated, mediated or litigated through sensitive persons and family law issues such as domestic relations, annulment, legal separation, adoption, and custody law matters. In the field of criminal law, we represent our clients in the prosecution or defense of criminal cases. In particular, we handle cases involving estafa, qualified theft, falsification of documents, libel, traffic violations, juvenile offences, violence against women and children, BP22 cases (bouncing checks), among others.
We litigate in all types of commercial and contract disputes including breach of contracts, unfair competition, trade secrets, breach of warranty, partnership and joint venture controversies, real estate disputes, claims arising out of fraudulent and deceptive practices, and similar matters.
We provide quality representation for our clients in the regular courts of justice, the appellate courts, and the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
