Atty. Lagmay is the managing partner of the firm. With expertise in corporate, immigration, and real estate law, he has successfully organized and provided expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients. These clients include hospitals, energy providers, online gaming operators, educational institutions, BPOs, finance institutions, drugstores, food chains, resorts, and construction firms.
In addition to his role as managing partner, Atty. Lagmay serves as a corporate secretary and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer for select clients. Prior to founding LORD Law over a decade ago, he gained valuable experience as an associate at Nicolas & De Vega Law Offices, as well as serving the government as a lawyer at the Special Audits Office of the Commission on Audit.
Atty. Lagmay has been a member of the Philippine Bar for 13 years. He obtained his Law Degree from San Sebastian College, Manila, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas.

Atty. Olavere specializes in taxation law and in civil and criminal litigation. Atty. Olavere is a certified public accountant. He is a professor and board lecturer of various accounting subjects. Prior to studying law, Atty. Olavere practiced his profession as an accountant and handled the books and accounts of numerous companies and individuals.
Being an expert in numbers, Atty. Olavere has successfully represented his clients in dealings with the BIR, and in cases before the Court of Tax Appeals. Aside from being a tax practitioner, Atty. Olavere is an experienced litigator, having handled various civil and criminal cases all over the country.
Atty. Olavere is currently the corporate counsel of a multi-million pharmaceutical company.

Atty. Leticia Rae specializes in energy law, business law, estate planning, and civil and criminal litigation.
Atty. Rae sits as President on the Board of Directors of an energy company, and as Corporate Secretary of one of the country’s leading waste management corporations.
Atty. Rae has advised clients in a wide range of industries, including the agri-business, consumer products, energy, financial services, food, logistics, pharmaceuticals, real estate and transportation sectors.
With a solid background in accounting, business and litigation, Atty. Rae guides her clients in weaving through the complexities of their legal concerns to come up with the best plans and solutions.
Atty. Rae was admitted to the bar in 2010 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from St. Theresa’s College in Cebu City.

Atty. Dino obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Faculty of Civil Law of the University of Santo Tomas and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Major in Business Administration from the same university.
Prior to being one of the founding partners of the firm, Atty. Dino started his career at one of the country’s fastest-growing law firms based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Atty. Dino’s expertise in labor, corporate, and commercial law allows him to advise and assist domestic and foreign clients in various stages of their business operations and in their many transactions. He has handled several of the firm’s clients with their company registration and compliance involving various agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Food and Drug Administration, the Board of Investments, and many local government units. He assists clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements, and in conducting due diligence reviews prior to acquisitions.
Atty. Dino is also adept at data privacy issues. He has given advice on, and aided clients with, data privacy compliance such as establishing privacy management programs; drafting privacy policies, procedures, and notices; drafting and updating vendor and data transfer agreements; and establishing and implementing breach management procedures.

Atty. Madarcos-Lagmay's practice areas are corporate law, family law, and real estate.
Before joining our firm, she served as a court attorney at the Supreme Court of the Philippines. She was also one of the investigators at the Enforcement and Prosecution Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Before holding said government positions, she was a litigator at The Law Firm of Kalaw Sy Vida Selva & Campos in Ortigas, Pasig City.
She is a graduate of the San Beda College of Law, Manila, and holds a degree in political science from the University of the Philippines, Manila.
She has been a member of the Bar for 13 years.

Atty. Rosas' fields of practice include corporate, administrative, and banking law.
Aside from being a partner of our firm, he is a professor of Constitutional Law at the College of Law, Lyceum of the Philippines, Makati. Before joining the firm, he was a partner at Rosas & Jucaban Law Offices, and Rosas & Margarejo Law Office. His work experience includes being the legal officer of one of the largest Philippine commercial banks, consultant and municipal administrator of the Municipality of Kawit, Cavite, and special administrator at the National Food Authority.
He is a graduate of the UP College of Law, Diliman, and a holder of a degree of Bachelor of Science in Community Development from the same University.
He has been a member of the Bar for 23 years.

Atty. Lagmay specializes in family, civil, and criminal law.
She obtained her Juris Doctor at San Beda College, Alabang, and holds a degree in Psychology from Miriam College, Quezon City. Prior to joining our firm, she worked as a researcher at Taylor Nelson Sofres, Quezon City. Thereafter, she was appointed as the executive assistant of the Israeli Ambassador to the Philippines.
Atty. Lagmay continues to assist the firm with litigation and family law cases while managing her own firm in Quezon City.
Atty. Lavarias' areas of practice include civil, immigration, and family law. She plays a crucial role in handling litigation matters of the firm, effectively representing clients in courts and quasi-judicial tribunals all over the Philippines.
Atty. Lavarias holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas, where she consistently achieved a position on the dean's list. Her commitment to academic excellence continued during her law studies at the Arellano University - School of Law. Notably, she was inducted into the esteemed Order of Flaming Arrows, an organization that recognizes students who have excelled academically.
Prior to joining our firm, she was a tax advisory intern at Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co.

Ms. Meer is the firm's head paralegal. She plays a crucial role in assisting the firm’s lawyers in corporate, tax, and immigration compliance. With her expertise in business registration, she personally facilitated the successful incorporation of several companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Meer worked as a content editor at Reed Elsevier Philippines in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Currently, Ms. Meer is a working student, taking up law at San Sebastian College-Recoletos, Manila.
She is a holder of a degree in legal management from the Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Manila, wherein she was an officer of the college’s central student council. She likewise served as the representative of said college at the Alliance of Legal Management of the Philippines.

Ms. Macaday is the firm's office manager overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Ms. Macaday likewise is a dependable paralegal and legal researcher. She assists our lawyers in court and quasi-judicial litigation, tax compliance, and PEZA registration.
Ms. Macaday's exceptional academic achievements reflect her dedication and commitment to excellence. She graduated cum laude with a degree in Marketing Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Quezon City. Currently, she is pursuing her master's degree in Public Administration at the same institution, further enhancing her knowledge and skills in the field.

Ms. Bautista graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Quezon City, wherein she holds a degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management.
She is a natural writer and assists the firm's lawyers in corporate compliance before the Securities and Exchange Commission, BIR, and local government units. She likewise facilitates the processing of various visas with the Bureau of Immigration and the Aurora Pacific Economic and Freeport Zone.

Ms. Cabe is a paralegal and legal assistant.
Ms. Cabe assists in trademark applications and litigation. She is likewise in charge of the firm's case docketing section.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cabe worked at one of the big firms in Ortigas, Pasig, and has more than a decade of experience in handling trademark applications with the Intellectual Property Office. Ms. Cabe assisted in the registration of numerous trademarks.
Ms. Cabe holds a degree in Political Science from Rizal Technological University.

Ms. Ajero is assigned at the firm's litigation department and docket section. She supervises the filing of pleadings in court and other administrative agencies. She has caused the successful filing of countless pleadings of the firm all over the country.
